Ever since Piers Morgan signed a multi-million pound deal in the US to replace talk show host Larry King, rumours have been rife about who will replace the former newspaper editor on the Britain?s Got Talent judging panel.
At first there were suggestions that James Corden was being considered for the role, but thankfully it has just been confirmed that that?s not the case and Little Britain star David Walliams has been offered a �500,000 contract to judge the next series.
But wait, before you get too excited at the prospect of David sitting alongside Amanda Holden, we should probably point out that he has agreed to anything yet. Apparently Walliams is waiting to find out who the third judge will be as Simon Cowell is sitting it out this year.
